A:We pass CE/ROHS/FDA/ISO9001 certification.

Q:Which shipping term is better?

A:For the small qty order,send by air is cheap shipping cost and faster,within 5-7days you can got it.For big order,ship by sea is goods choice,it is low shipping cost,but it is slow,it need 15-30days to arrive.

Q:What is the MOQ?

A:Our MOQ usually is 100pairs per style, but we accept smaller quantity for the first order.

Q: How can I get a sample?

A: Since the sample is of high value, the buyer should pay sample cost and shipping cost.

Q: How long can I get the sample?

A: Within 2-3 days

Q:How do you ship sample?

A:Usually,send by air,through DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT

Q: Can you customize products for me?

A: We can provide design service. Just tell us your idea or provide your design chart, then we create new metal mould for the new product.

Q: How long will it take to prepare a bulk order?

A: Generally speaking, it need 3weeks. But in the peak time, it will need additional 10days to finish.
